Hot, hot, hot! Nashville Hot Chicken has been making an impact in Fresno with restaurants and food trucks providing their own spin on the spicy chicken. The Collegian teamed up to try the best of six restaurants, analyzing texture, flavor, house sauces, pickles and price. With the large selection of available chicken places, the newsroom got heated  deciding who in Fresno has the best chicken. Nashville Hot Chicken has transcended its humble origins and become an iconic dish that defines the city. It’s no longer confined to local eateries but has spread like wildfire, becoming a global sensation.
