Vigil for the “DREAM Act”

On Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, Fresno State University Migrant Services (UMS) will be holding a vigil from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cesar Chavez monument in support of the DREAM Act.

ASI passes DREAM Act resolution

A diverse crowd greeted the Associated Students, Inc. at their bi-weekly meeting Wednesday. ASI voted on a resolution in support of the DREAM Act which won by a majority.

There was a time when finals used to cause great anxiety. Now, it’s registering for classes. According to the e-mail I received, registration occurs between Nov. 1 ”” Nov. 5 based on class and unit completion level. However, the Office of Registrar failed to mention that athletes and EOP students also get priority registration.

ASI meeting addresses president
