Who is the real Beau Mills?

Who is the real Beau Mills?

A question and answer session with Bulldog athletes.

Fresno State sophomore Beau Mills is without a doubt a standout on the field. He is also coming off of a weekend where he was named the WAC Player of the Week after helping the Bulldogs sweep Sacramento State. But who is the real Beau Mills?

Q: You have some free time for once. What do you do?

Mills: I like to get together with the guys and play a little poker. I love to hunt and fish.

Q: What is your music of choice? Artist?

Mills: Country. Straight up country. Probably Tim McGraw. I saw him in concert and I just love the music he sings.

Q: Are you glad you chose to be a Bulldog?

Mills: Oh yeah, I love it here. The teammates up here are just unbelievable. I couldn’t ask for any better teammates.

Q: Do you have any pregame superstitions?

Mills: I’m probably the most unsuperstitious guy you’ll ever meet. My grandma passed away six years ago so before every game during the national anthem I try to look up and remember her.

Q: Are you a fantasy baseball guy?

Mills: Not really. My dad’s a coach so I haven’t been into the fantasy part of it because I know the players on a personal level.
