The wind ensemble performed four pieces that portrayed different moods. From the colorful “Rocky Point Holiday” by Ron Nelson to the more spiritual two-movement piece by David Maslanka titled “Give Us This Day.”

Samantha Rangel is a new staff reporter for the Collegian and a senior at Fresno State. She has also worked as a reporter for KVPR (Valley Public Radio) since spring of 2025. Samantha is a Broadcast Journalism major and hopes to attend graduate school and pursue a career in radio journalism.
