Women's National Invitation Tournament

Fresno State (22-7, 14-2) vs. UC-Santa Barbara (16-13, 10-4)

Point Guard
Despite the disappointing loss to New Mexico State in the quarterfinals of the WAC tournament, Mirenda Swearengin came away as the game’s leading scorer with 18 points.

UC-Santa Barbara’s Erin O’Bryan is shooting just 20 percent over her last 13 games.

Guards
The Bulldogs shot only 18.2 percent from behind the arc against New Mexico State. Free throw shooting was no better, just a mere 50 percent for the game for the Bulldogs.

Karena Bonds is injured for the Gauchos and will miss the game against the Bulldogs. LaShay Fears has started all but one game as a true freshman.

Forwards
Fresno State was simply outplayed down low in its loss to the Aggies, getting outrebounded by 19. The Bulldogs will have to rebound to emerge victorious.

The Gauchos are just 5-9 on the road this season, while the Bulldogs have been superb at home. Sophomore Jenna Green has scored in double-figures in 24 games this season.
