Political differences go too far, cause hate

Finally, television reports of the Bush administration’s negligence are surfacing. If this negative and factual exposure gains momentum, I wonder how long it will take Bush supporters to realize they are following an idiot.

These days, one cannot turn his or her head without seeing an American flag or a “Viva Bush” logo on an oversized tank. Every day, the stickers become more offensive and hateful. I saw one that read, “Terrorist Hunter License No. 091101.” Displayed next to it were two pro-Bush stickers, in case other drivers don’t get the joke.

A family in an Escalade plastered with Bush logos terrorized my sister because she displays a “Bush Lies Who Dies?” sticker on her car. The woman driving rolled down her windows for her children as they stuck out their middle fingers. Through example, she taught her children to hate. Irresponsible minds do not think twice about the consequences of impulsive actions.

Within a democracy, we cannot fight against each other. Beware of falling victim to the transgressions of a hate-mongering president. Instead, educate yourself and try to stay sane.

Acknowledge the fact that the television is not your friend. Fox deliberately lied to Americans, after the twin towers went down, by casting Palestinians in a negative light. New developments in science have emerged, but because these advancements conflict with a specific agenda in the White House, the information is not available.

I think we all know that what we see and hear is just the tip of the iceberg. If more of the truth is uncovered in the media, some people might feel ashamed for blindly following Bush. Unfortunately, they will just peel the stickers off their SUVs and pretend nothing happened.
