The Bulldogs defeated the Beach, 82-62, behind some impressive shooting performances and suffocating defense.
Heidbreder led the Bulldogs with 24 points on 8-for-13 shooting. He was 2-for-5 from beyond the arc.
Collins and Jacques also contributed 12 points each, both on 4-for-7 shooting. Jacques also controlled 13 rebounds, marking his first double-double as a Bulldog.
While only contributing four points, Stickman made his mark on the defensive end, securing five rebounds and two steals.
The Bulldogs shot 50% from the field in the entire game, but were an efficient 62.5% in the second half. From the 3-point line, the ‘Dogs shot 57.1% in the second half, and 39.1% in the entire game.
The ‘Dogs will stay home at the Save Mart Center for their next game against the University of California, San Diego Tritons on Nov. 12. Tip off is set for 6 p.m.
