Crews began work on Keats Avenue near parking lot P31, just north of the Lab School, to fix an issue with newly installed piping along the street on Sept. 2. The project is expected to be completed by Sept. 5.
During construction, traffic will be redirected through parking lots P30 and P31. Both lots will remain open, according to Facilities Management staff member Reinalda Arreguin-Dominguez.
“If you need to go east or west of campus, you’ll just have to drive through parking lots P30 and P31 instead of using Keats,” Arreguin-Dominguez said.
Lisa Bell, communications specialist for University Communications, responded on behalf of Meredith Sandrik, director of Facilities Management. Bell noted the department appreciates everyone’s patience during the project.
“We know this might cause a little extra inconvenience, but the project should be wrapped up by this Friday,” Bell said.
If, for any reason, access to parking lots P30 or P31 is restricted, contact Facilities Management at 559-278-2373.
