Paul Pinegar is going up against a defense that is among the leaders in the quarterback sacks among WAC teams. Last week, with 213 yards, Pinegar moved into second on the school’s career passing list. More>>

Forever a Bulldog
The game versus Hawaii was great for all who saw it. The game against San Jose State this weekend will also be great for all who see it. Unfortunately, there is at least one Fresno State fan who won’t get to see either. Former Collegian features editor and editor-in-chief and my friend, Nathan Hathaway, has been on life support since having surgery on his brain one week ago. More>>

'Dog Bites
No. 5 seed Fresno State beat No. 4 Utah State 2-1 in the first round of the WAC tournament. It is the Bulldogs’ first win in the tournament since 2002. Kortney Lewis scored the game winner in the 74th minute. The Bulldogs will take on No. 1 seed Hawaii today. The Bulldogs beat the Warriors 1-0 the last game of the regular season. More>>

The annual Red/White scrimmage has a simple purpose for fans.
It’s a cheap and entertaining way for them to spend an evening at the Save Mart Center to watch the men’s and women’s basketball teams in action.  The fans got that and more on Wednesday night. More>>
