Fresno State returns home tonight, beginning a three-game series against Western Athletic Conference foe Nevada.


The Bulldogs closed out a 27-game homestand on April 3 against Rice, before visiting San Jose State and Louisiana Tech the past two weekends.


Fresno State (19-22) lost two of three games in San Jose and all three in Ruston, La.


Last season, Fresno State closed its regular season schedule with three games against Nevada at Beiden Field.


The Bulldogs swept that series 12-5, 8-7, 12-1 to clinch second place in the WAC, just ahead of third-place Nevada.
