Emo Nite rolled into Fresno on March 1, celebrating 10 years of wild celebrations on the last night of the anniversary tour’s first leg.
What started in a small nightclub in Los Angeles has grown into a nationwide event, bringing together emo fans for a party filled with nostalgia-fueled chaos. With DJs spinning songs that defined a generation from My Chemical Romance (MCR) to The Used, the event is designed to be a time machine set to the early 2000s.
The line wrapped around Fulton 55 as Fresno fans packed the venue, all wearing their vintage band tees and black eyeliner.
The night kicked off with DJ sets featuring fan-favorite tracks like “Nine In The Afternoon” by Panic! At The Disco, and “Misery Business” by Paramore, turning the dance floor into a crowd of jumping fans screaming the most iconic lyrics together.
It quickly turned into a full band doing cover sets, delivering live classics from Taking Back Sunday, Fall Out Boy and MCR, channeling the vibes of Warped Tour in its prime.

Moshing quickly broke out and crowd surfers took over the middle of the pit, making the floor feel like a chaotic mess of people caught up in the emotion of the night.
Emo Nite isn’t just about nostalgia, it’s about community. The event truly wasn’t just about the songs, it was about the experience with people who have similar interests coming together over the songs that shaped them.
Even a decade later, emo still means something, and for one night in Fresno, the emo scene was alive and thriving.
The tour runs through May for those interested in attending an Emo Nite. For more details, check out their Instagram.
