Save Mart Center announces several new upcoming events

The Save Mart Center (SMC) made several major new event announcements on Monday, March 14, including two new concerts and a comedy performance.

Pearl Jam is bringing their 2022 North American tour to the SMC on Monday, May 16. Initially planned for 2020, the tour was officially rescheduled for May and September 2022 due to COVID-19.

The well-known grunge rock band is known for albums such as “Ten,” “Vitalogy” and their latest release, “Gigaton.”

Touring guitarist Josh Klinghoffer will also be performing his solo material under the pseudonym Pluralone.

Gaffigan, who recently released his ninth stand-up special, “Comedy Monster,” on Netflix, is known for performances in Pixar Animation Studios’ Oscar nominated film “Luca” as well as in television comedies and dramas like “Portlandia,” “Bob’s Burgers,” “Flight of the Concords” and “Law & Order.”

Latin urban artists Wisin & Yandel are coming to the SMC on Wednesday, Nov. 23 for their “La Ultima Mision” tour.

Wisin & Yandel have had a successful 13-year career together, winning awards such as an American Grammy and two Latin Grammys, as well as multiple Billboard Latin Music Awards.

Wisin & Yandel will be coming to the SMC on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

These announcements add new performances to a 2022 schedule anticipating action-packed events like Professional Bull Riding (PBR) and Monster Jam, alongside concerts for artists like MercyMe and Raúw Alejandro.

Ticket availability and pricing is available at the SMC’s website.

At this time, the SMC is still utilizing the mask policy that went into effect on Feb. 16, which requires individuals who have not been vaccinated to wear masks indoors at all times.

Proof of vaccination is required. If not vaccinated, individuals must provide a negative COVID-19 test taken within one day for an antigen test and two days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event.

SMC’s clear bag policy currently remains in effect too.
