Coming off their second Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Tournament title and an NCAA Tournament birth for the third time in school history, the Fresno State Women̢۪s soccer team hopes that the 2009 season will bring even greater success.

The defending Western Athletic Conference (WAC) champion women̢۪s soccer team ended its season in the NCAA Tournament̢۪s first round in 2008 and started it all over again this weekend in Southern California.

Fresh off a 1-0 win over Boise State Friday night, the Fresno State soccer team duplicated its performance with another 1-0 victory Sunday afternoon against the Idaho Vandals.
