As the number of service-learning courses increase on campus and across the California State University system, students enroll in them for a variety of reasons.
For the third consecutive year Fresno State has been named to the 2009 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll, and it’s the first year the school has been recognized with distinction.
The Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning has moved from the now demolished San Ramon portables, to the portables in front of the Science I building and then into Science I.
A recent Fresno Bee article, “Preparing for an Uncertain Futureâ€Â highlighted challenges new job seekers face in the current economy. The story touched on ways new graduates can become more competitive in today’s difficult job market.
