Stating the Obvious...

Thumbs down to people who don’t dress up for Halloween. Boooooo...

Thumbs up to the return to standard time after months of daylight-saving time. We’re happy to get the extra hour of sleep.

Several thumbs down to the recent problems with the campus e-mail system. Due to server problems, IT has turned off some spam filters, which were apparently delaying delivery of legitimate messages. At least now we have plenty of opportunities to buy cheap pharmaceuticals.

Thumbs up to most campus eateries for finally accepting credit and debit cards. It’s about time they made it to the 1990s and started taking plastics.

Thumbs up to the Fresno State football team for not losing this week — due in part to the fact that there wasn’t a game. Good luck this Wednesday, gentlemen.
