Fans can expect energy and excitement in the Rainbow Ballroom tonight. Fresno State alumna Adriana Reynolds, assistant to the president of Suburban Noize Records, said the Kottonmouth Kings are a group who love their fans.

“They will not let you down, whether 10 or 10,000 they will not let you down,” Reynolds said.

Reynolds said Kottonmouth Kings have been around for more than 10 years and has a major underground following in the United States and Japan.

“They’re definitely their own style,” Reynolds said. Reynolds said the group is influenced by rock and hip-hop and said that people interested in groups such as Insane Clown Posse would also appreciate Kottonmouth Kings’ styling.

Kottonmouth Kings has three vocalists, a drummer and a DJ, Reynolds said. The group has released three albums and expect to release a fourth, “Koast to Koast,” in June.

Reynolds has been to several of the Kottonmouth Kings’ shows and said the fans are diehard.

Doors open at 7 p.m. at the Rainbow Ballroom, for more information check out www.kottonmouthkings.com
