Fall is upon us, ladies and gentlemen. That means Starbucks has pulled out its fall menu. After trying the lineup, here are the best items.
Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte
The pecan latte has a nutty flavor, and you can taste the oatmilk. The cold foam with the sugar sprinkles is a solid addition. This latte is better than the pumpkin spice one for sure.
Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Blended
The coffee in this drink isn’t overpowering, and the pumpkin does come through in a good way. This drink looks like pumpkin pie filling in a cup, but luckily, it doesn’t taste that way (don’t come for me, pumpkin pie stans). If I had to rate this drink, I would give it a 6 or a 7.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai
Yes, just yes. Where do I begin? The iced chai isn’t too sweet, but it is nicely spicy. The cinnamon, ginger and other spices really give the drink a homey feel. Plus, it’s super creamy. No further comments; this is a must-try.Â
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin
Hear me out … It tastes exactly like a pumpkin loaf. It’s literally just a loaf in muffin form. It’s moist, soft and the pepita seeds add a nice crunch. The cream cheese carries the muffin, and it’s what sets this muffin apart from other menu items.Â
Baked Apple Croissant
This pastry looks tiny compared to the pumpkin muffin. It’s more bread than apple filling, and the filling is average at best. It could be a solid treat if you prefer apples over pumpkins.
