Fresno State hopes to reintroduce its transportation shuttle, the Bulldog Express, this semester.
According to Derek Brantley, parking and transportation manager, the Bulldog Express is in the final stages of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This process will determine the cost of reinstating the program.
Though information, such as costs for students and routes, is limited, Brantley anticipates the shuttle to launch later this semester.
“We are dedicated to ensuring the Bulldog Express is tailored to meet the needs of our students,” he told The Collegian. “The RFP process is in its final stages and we will provide an update to the campus community once it is complete.”
As of Sept. 23, Lisa Bell, communications specialist for University Communications, could not provide further updates as the Bulldog Express is in its final procurement stage, but more information will be available soon.
