How many of you like In-N-Out Burger? Here is a little hack for you.
When I go to In-N-Out I always get extra sauce packets, take them home and put them in the fridge. I save these for those days when I want a burger but don’t feel like driving. So, I make my own In-N-Out burger at home.
Ingredients list
- Seasoning of your choice
- 1 pound of Hamburger meat
- 1 Head of lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Yellow Onion
- Hamburger Buns
- In-N-Out sauce packets
- Two tablespoons of butter
- Cheese of your choice
Step 1
I start with fresh ground beef and season it generously. I use Kinder’s seasoning, Kinder’s The Blend, Kinder’s Woodfire Garlic and Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse. I mix the meat until it is all mixed together and then form my patties.
Step 2
Next, I cut up a yellow onion, dice it and put it in a bowl. I then pull out a pan and add a slab of butter so I can sauté my onions. I place the pan on the stove on medium heat and melt the butter. Once the butter is fully melted, I place the onions in the butter and sauté them. When they are done I move them to the side and move to a plate.
Step 3
I then clean my pan and begin to cook my premade burger patties. I cook the patties to my liking and add some cheddar cheese to the tops of them. Once the cheese is melted, I pull the patties off the stove and move to a plate.
Step 4
I then get the buns ready, placing the bottom bun first. I add my patties to the bun, then add the sautéed onions to the top patty. I add a slice of raw onion, a slice of tomato, a piece of lettuce and then add the In-N-Out sauce packets to the top bun.
Step 5
Now add the top bun with the sauce to the burger. Once you’ve put it all together, you now have your very own homemade In-N-Out burger. You will appreciate this better than the ones you buy at In-N-Out since you made it yourself.
