The roundabout on Maple Avenue will undergo more construction, closing off the east sidewalks. University Communications sent a campus wide email on Feb. 7, informing students that the roundabout would be open by the end of the month.

“The team is working as quickly as possible to reopen the Maple Circle by the end of the month. Pedestrian traffic will be temporarily redirected as indicated here,” it said in the email.

Signs will be posted to guide pedestrians on alternative paths.

The email also announced updates in the Phebe Conley Art Gallery

“As part of required fire lane improvements to support renovation of labs within the Conley Art building, new concrete will be poured next week on the sidewalk south of the Peter Business Building and north of Conley Art,” the email said.
