Free showing of Frida Kahlo film in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month

The celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month continues at Fresno State with a free showing of the film “Frida.”

The film will be shown on Sept. 20 at 2:30 p.m. in the university’s Henry Madden Library, room 3212.

The film portrays the life of the historic Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo, and her husband, fellow artist Diego Rivera.

The event is hosted by the Cross Cultural and Gender Center’s LGBTQ+ and Latino/a Programs and Services.
