Fresno State Football coach Tim DeRuyter introduces his 2013 signing class with 17 freshman and 7 Junior College transfers. It is DeRuyter’s second year as head coach and he said that part of his plan was to develop the team physically by bringing in more experienced Junior College student-athletes.
