Pollution affects everyone, whether you notice it or not. This is a serious issue that everyone should be concerned with and take extreme measures to try and fix. I have asthma, but it never bothered me as much as it does now that I’ve moved here to Fresno.
Everyone can blame the Geography of the Valley, and how the bad air comes down here from the Bay, but there are many things we can all do that would decrease the pollution so much. For one, just follow the no burn day rules. You can carpool, try not to drive as often, plant more trees. Write to the councilmen and suggest things like filters on busses. There’s a number you can call to report smoggy vehicles and once reported they are required to get their cars smogged, There are so many things that can be done to improve our environment. It affects everyone and everything, and even if you don’t realize it now, you’ll really see the effects in a few years!

Air Quality is bad. No doubt. BUT, How are we to find a solution? So stop complaining and making it a joke. It’s real and a problem we need to solve. It’s a Priceless solution, cause everyone deserves to breathe clean air and no one should have more privilege than another.
