they had chick-fil-a once before here when I first started as a freshman. If no one liked it then, then why bring it back? I mean all they serve are fries, chicken strips, chicken burgers, chicken nuggets…everything chicken. If your going to do that, bring in KFC. Why couldn't they use that space for something everyone would like?…for instance how about McDonald's, in and out, Wendy's…places that matter. Plus Chick-fil-A is an east coast, southern thing. This is cali, don't want Chick-fil-A.

“Chick Fil-A is GARBAGE and if I̢۪m correct owned by a crackpot evangelical who demands that all chains are closed on Sundays.”

I personally work at Chick-Fil-A, and if you think that it is stupid to be closed on Sundays, do you also think that it is stupid to be allowed the Freedoms of Expression? Being closed on Sundays is the way that Truett Cathy expresses his religion and beliefs.

“A crappy fast-food joint that stuffs all sorts of goodies like steroids, antibiotics, and phosphates in their overprived product?”

No, it’s pure chicken. I know, I work there! Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich is $2.69. McDonald’s Chicken Sandwich is $2.99.

Guys, don’t be stupid. Do research before you comment based on emotion. I personally love Chick-Fil-A, and if you ever want to debate me on Chick-Fil-A, I will be happy to keep posting on here.

Hi! I’m an Artist from Louisiana I’ve moved here 5 years ago. I’m really excited to see another food chain from the south come to Fresno. Chick-Fil-A is good cookin and good people, what else can you ask for! Fresno has a lot of good Mexican fast food restaurant, In which I’m not complaining, I love Mexican food, but why not try something different! be open minded, you might be surprised! and I like the fact there is more verity when it comes to eating out.

    Ya’ll give it a break!!!

I love chic-fil-a it was one of my fav. fast food places. I didn’t know Fresno had one but there is one opening up right around the corner from my house. There chicken is good and good for you no any of the KFC crap. I went to the east cost last year and that was one of the things I missed most about coming home. The great sweet tea and wonderful Chicken. I don’t think it’s at all over priced.

Chick-fil-a is good food. Its probably one of the best quality fast food restaurant you will find out there. They are huge on customer service, community service, employees. They are not closed on sunday in such a way to force religion on people, they are closed on sunday to ensure that every employee has one day a week to use how they choose, and to endorse family time and if you so choose religious conviction. Chick-fil-a also does its share on healthy eating from wheat bread buns, chicken salad, grilled chicken vs fried, salads, grill chicken salads, and fruit bowl in place of fries. Don’t be so hasty to throw them out for being a Southern restaurant, its probably the best thing the south has produced food wise. Regarding the part where chickfila looses money, its hard to beleive that they work 52 days less a year and still come out the second largest restaurant in the chicken industry… and are satisfied with it. Many of the actual restaurants actually fork the money over to have real flowers set on each of the tables. Lets go back to the customer service. When you pull into Mc Donalds, A&W, or any other fast food drive through, what you hear, if you can hear anything at all? “Hi, howr u? Order when ur ready” Chick-fil-a maintains THE FASTEST drive through for volume of customers and still manages to greet each customer with care at the drive through, most saying, “Its a great day at Chick-fil-a, My name is ……. How can I help you?”

    Cmon, You’ll like it.
