Joseph-Mendes. “It’s an opportunity for the public to visit art galleries and museums for free.â€Â

As this year's Rogue Festival drew to a close, several Fresno State faculty and students partook of its artistic offerings. Alumni displayed their work, professors performed and students got a special performance by a Rogue Festival rapper on campus.
