Peach Blossom blooms on campus

Peach Blossom, an annual communications festival, brings thousands of Central Valley elementary school children to campus. Fresno State students help plan the festival as well as judge the performances and facilitate the events. Student-athletes were also on-site to sign autographs and talk to students.

Library ribbon-cutting

The Henry Madden Library officially opens its doors Fri., Feb. 20. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony, about which The Collegian found many students uninformed, took place Feb. 21. University President John Welty and ASI President Graham Walhberg spoke at the ceremony.
