The Collegian announces spring '07 editorial staff

The Collegian

The Collegian is pleased to announce the editorial staff for spring 2007.


Kirstie Hettinga will return for a second semester as editor in chief. Hettinga is a graduate student studying journalism and business.


Katrina Garcia, a senior majoring in mass communication and journalism will be returning as news editor.


Morgan Steger will also be returning as features editor. Steger is a senior majoring in history and French.


The position of sports editor will be shared by this semester’s editor Darrell Copeland III and Jeff Christian. Copeland is a fourth-year mass communication and journalism major. Christian is a senior majoring in both political science and mass communication and journalism.


The opinion editor will be Matthew Gomes. Gomes is a senior Smittcamp Honors student, majoring in English and music composition.


The photo editor will be Juan Villa. Villa is a junior mass communication and journalism major
The Collegian is also proud to welcome Rachel Rubin as spring 2007’s art director. Rubin is senior graphic design major.
