Expo Egg-citement

Exeter High School freshman Deryk Garrett tests his skills on a mini excavator Tuesday during the opening day of Tulare’s World Ag Expo. Equipment manufacturer Komat’su challenged expo guests Tuesday to pick up an egg using a spoon attached to one of the teeth of a mini excavator during the World Ag Expo’s opening.

Fresno State’s Ag Ambassadors were thankful for the beautiful weather that graced “Fresno State Day,” the first day of the expo.

Fresno State’s red and blue booth is located in Pavilion C, in sections 3911, 3912. The Ag Ambassadors’ booth is filled with various papers and pamphlets full of information for students interested in attending Fresno State.

“ We’ve been pretty busy presenting our name, getting it out there,” said Chris McKenna said, a freshman majoring in ag education.
