Spring 2004 editor in chief named

Joshua D. Scroggin, fall 2003 sports editor for The Collegian, has been appointed the spring 2004 editor-in-chief for the publication.

Scroggin, a print journalism senior at Fresno State, was selected after being interviewed by a four-person interview panel consisting of print journalism instructors.

His position as editor in chief will become effective in January 2004.
