ASI applications available for spring semester

Two student senate positions are up for grabs after two senators resigned from the organization this week, a press release states.

The Associated Students, Inc. announced that applications will be available until the end of Monday for students interested in filling the positions.

Johnny Williams resigned as senator of the College of Agriculture Sciences and Technology because he has accepted an offer to study abroad in London.

Student Affairs Liaison Richard Sanchez, also a senator in the AS, resigned because he “has other commitments that are not allowing him to continue to serve,” the release states.

Interviews for the positions will be conducted at the senate’s regularly scheduled personnel committee meeting, held in the evening on Nov. 20. Interested students should contact the AS office in USU 316 or call 278-2656.
