The Big Fresno Fair will make its in-person return this October, a news release said.
Last year the fair was limited to a drive-thru style event with food and some entertainment. This year, the fair will take place from Oct. 6 to Oct. 17 and will feature carnival rides, live horse racing, concerts, competitive exhibits and fair food.
“We are beyond excited to be able to welcome people back to the fairgrounds this October to enjoy the longstanding tradition of The Big Fresno Fair with all of its attractions,†Stacy Rianda, deputy manager for The Big Fresno Fair, said. “Expect many more announcements coming up, including who we will be bringing to the Table Mountain Concert Series in the Paul Paul Theater.â€Â
Attendees are able to register for the Big Fair Fan (BFF) Club, and members will have access to discounted admission, season passes and unlimited carnival ride wristbands.
The BFF Club ticket pre-sale runs from July 15 at 10 a.m. until July 31 at 11:59 p.m.
In addition, horse racing tickets will also go on sale on the same date.
According to the news release, at the fair, masks will not be mandatory outside but will be required indoors for all unvaccinated individuals.
