The Fresno State swim and dive team earned he Collegiate Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America honors for the 11th consecutive season, the organization announced Tuesday.

According to a Fresno State Athletics news release, Fresno State had a 3.39 team GPA during the fall 2018 semester, improving on a 3.23 GPA from spring 2018.

The team GPA is accumulated from all 28 members of the swim and dive teams that competed during the fall semester as 24 had a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

To be named Scholar All-America,  teams are required to post a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the semester and maintain a roster of 12 or more student-athletes, the release said.
