Fresno State is bussing 50 students to Saturday’s championship football game.
The tickets are roundtrip to the Mountain West Championship between Fresno State and Boise State and are being provided by the university’s student government.
On Monday evening, Associated Students Inc. (ASI) announced on Twitter they were selling $15 tickets beginning Tuesday morning at 8 in Room 316 of the University Student Union.
The ticket price includes the ride to and from Albertson’s Stadium as well as entry into the game and a meal.
ASI said the tickets are first come first serve and there is a one ticket per person rule. Students must present a Fresno State student ID, email, phone number and be ready to pay the ticket cost with either cash or card.
The bus to Boise, Idaho will leave around 11 p.m. Friday.
The trip to the stadium is estimated to be a 11 hour and 5 minute 720 mile trip.
The offer was so popular that in a reply to ASI on Twitter, a former student asked if it was possible to buy three tickets to donate to students. ASI replied saying that will be looked into.
