Philip Levine, the late U.S. Poet Laureate, Pulitzer Prize-winning author and Fresno State professor emeritus of English, will be honored with the opening of the “Philip Levine Reading Room.”
The dedication will be held at the reading room on May 5 at 2 p.m. in the Henry Madden Library in the room that overlooks the University’s Peace Garden.
The room will also be used by the Master of Fine Arts Program in Creative Writing for special events and readings.
