Fresno native Monserrath Sanchez will soon be completing her internship with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI).

Sanchez has been interning in Rep. Xavier Becerra’s Capitol Hill office in Washington, D.C.

CHCI provides paid spring, summer and fall internships in congressional ­for Latino undergraduate students.
