Three Fresno State student-athletes were officially charged by the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office on Tuesday, according to court documents.
The charges stem from an incident with police following a post-game party on Sept. 20.
Sophomore quarterback Zack Greenlee, 20, was charged with a misdemeanor count of the underage possession of alcohol. Linebacker Brandon Hughes, 21, was charged with a misdemeanor count of resisting an officer.
Fanny Johansson, 23, the women’s soccer team captain, was charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If convicted, the maximum penalty for the charges is a sentence of up to one year in county jail and/or a fine of several thousand dollars.
