Halloween costumes are usually a must around the month of October. The problem is, a lot of people use this time as an opportunity to dress extra slutty. The days of innocent, childhood dress-up are gone.
Children wear these cute little costumes that look like their favorite characters Buzz Lightyear, Princess Jasmine, a “Monster High” doll, a ninja turtle, Steve from “Minecraft” and other popular characters in today’s pop-culture world.
As for adults, they either will not dress up or they will go all out on trying to look funny, crazy or scary.
Women try to look the best they can as Maleficent, the Queen of Hearts, witches, devils, vampires, and the list goes on.
There is the exception of some pretty strange people who will go overboard and actually dye their hair or paint their skin blue, but hey, they’re having fun.
This generation of young adults is a whole different story.
Last year, I saw a girl who dressed up as a ninja turtle. She had a backpack on that looked like a turtle shell and wore tights with a purple bandanna around her head.
As for her top, there was none. Instead, she painted her whole chest green.
This is the kind of things young adults, specifically females, are heading toward.
Quoting Cady Heron from “Mean Girls,” “Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it.”
This is entirely true. Most young women want to outdo each other and not look the same. They go above and beyond to look the sexiest they can and for what?
Is it to get attention from guys? Is it possible that girls want to get attention from other girls to compete with their own gender?
Becoming some kind of sexy character for Halloween could be okay if there was some kind of limit on how to dress. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
My friend Crystal Flores, couldn’t have said it more perfectly. “I feel like, with girls, it’s more about their sexuality, and with guys it’s about creative expression.”
In society, girls judge other girls by what they wear, how they look and, of course, how they look compared to others. When it comes to Halloween costumes, it’s the same principle.
Girls will judge other girls on what they are wearing and how they look compared to others. The cycle does not stop for Halloween.
Young men dress up to look funny or to be an awesome character that everyone likes.
There is the exception of the guys who try and take advantage of the holiday to show off their muscles and nice bodies.
These guys seek attention much like girls who go overboard with their costumes.
However, for the most part, guys will come up with some pretty cool outfits and just flaunt their costumes at a party having fun instead of worrying about other guys looking better than they do.
I think we can all agree that guys’ Halloween standards aren’t as rigid and complicated.
Where am I getting with all this? Simply this: The generation of young adults today are taking it too far when wearing costumes for Halloween.
I’m afraid it is only going to get worse as time goes by. Next, people will just be dressing up in their birthday suits for Halloween unless there are rules on what one can wear for Halloween.
If things get worse, then there should be a regulation on Halloween costumes, for the sake of future generations.

It’s funny how feminists blame men for women judging themselves on their looks yet women are the harshest judges of each other.
Feminism has zero logic. In fact feminism was hijacked decades ago by the power elite as a means of social engineering. The new world order promotes feminism to masculinise women and subjugate men, making male/female relationships harder to form, thus leading to less marriage and less families. Families provide resistance to tyranny and the central banking oligarchic elite cannot tolerate devotion to family before the state. Families provide social cohesion and destruction of the social fabric is an integral part of their divide and conquer agenda as they head toward world government.
Feminists are useless idiots for the central banking oligarchy.

First off, why do you care what other people are wearing, even outside of Halloween? Just wear what you want and ignore what other people choose to wear. If someone pressures you to do something, just tell them they are a jerk and move on. And what makes dressing in more revealing clothes ‘worse’? You may have some ideal of what Halloween is supposed to mean FOR YOU, but just because others don’t care about that and want to change what Halloween means for them, that somehow makes it ‘worse’? How about you do you, and other people do what they want, and not pretend one is objectively the best. Sounds good.
