A look at some of music’s biggest stars and worst offenders in fashion.
Best Dressed:
Pop/Country artist Taylor Swift
Swift can never go wrong with her to-go-to glitter and gold combinations, but did change it up with her ponytail while wearing a sparkling Gucci gown.
Pop artist Katy Perry
Perry’s music note dress showcased what the Grammys are about, music and beauty coming together on one night. That may not actually be what the Grammys are about, but it is for Perry’s beautiful Valentino gown.
Country artist Miranda Lambert
Lambert’s classic red gown went well with her overall “Old Hollywood” glam look. Although Lambert didn’t win Best Country Solo Performance, she still looked like a winner of the night.
Worst Dressed:
Electronic music artist Nadeea Volianova
Newcomer Volianova’s outfit has a bit of everything going on, part mermaid-part bejeweled prom dress. The eclectic dress makes it easy for the eye to turn away and not look back at again.
Comedian/Actress Kathy Griffin
Known for her red carpet antics and sometimes-controversial comedy, Griffin won Best Comedy Album for “Calm Down Gurrl.” One unofficial category Griffin did not win was “Best Dressed,” for her bright teal getup.
Actress Paula Patton
Patton wore a zebra inspired dress that certainly stood out but for all the wrong reasons. Patton was on hand to support husband singer Robin Thicke who was nominated for a couple of awards.
