Fifteen-year head coach Pat Hill’s reign as the face of Bulldog football came to an end on Dec. 4 after Fresno State’s football team struggled to a 4-9 record. Despite putting Fresno State on the college football national landscape, the embattled coach saw attendance and revenues plummet in recent years, causing Director of Athletics Thomas Boeh to make the difficult decision of firing him in hopes of moving the program in a different direction. The Collegian staff culled together photos of Hill’s final season roaming the Bulldog sideline.
