Expensive student guest tickets for football games

So we get that the upcoming Boise game is a big deal, but do tickets really need to be extra pricey even for students̢۪ guests? Guest tickets are double the price for the Boise game than for three other home games. Considering pre-game parties, tailgates, game food and post-game plans, having school spirit can sure make some serious damage to any wallet.
