Missed the first couple of days of the activities leading up to Fresno State’s game against San Jose State? Not to worry, The Collegian will be running a Homecoming themed paper on Friday so you can read everything you missed.
But right now, you still have a good portion of the week to be a part of what is left.
Here is what is going on this week during “Bulldog Blaze: The heat is on.â€Â
Wednesday, test out your karaoke skills or have fun pretending to sing –– your choice, in the Pit tomorrow at noon. Not a singer? Test your knowledge with Bulldog Trivia at the same location.
To catch Greek chariot races, simply walk up the stairs from the Pit to the Memorial Fountain Area by the University Student Union.
On Thursday, the Wicked Wellness Halloween Carnival will be in full swing. To read more about the purpose of and the activities at the carnival, check out the related story on the front page of the news section.
Also going on is pumpkin decorating and carving at the University Student Union during the late morning.
Later that evening at 5 p.m., Top Dog Alumni Awards will be held at the Save Mart Center.
On Friday, the day before the big game, the festivities are still going to be in full swing. Salsa dancers, mariachi music and a salsa recipe competition will be held at 11. a.m. in the Pit.
The Pep Rally to prepare for the game is going on at 5 p.m. at the Bulldog Boulevard Stage east of Bulldog Stadium.
On Saturday, game day, to squeeze in one more activity before the game go have some pre-game grub at the Fresno State Alumni Association tailgate from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The kick-off for the game vs. San Jose will happen at 2 p.m. at Bulldog Stadium.
