I had no problem with the extra walking, I just want Barstow/Chestnut intersection fixed for my tires’ sake. I drive a little saturn that is not meant for off-roading.

Lazy, everyone is just a lazy. Key thing everyone that complained said was I had to walk around it. It’s just the instantaneous culture of american youth I suppose. Everything has to be right here, god forbid I have to walk 5 extra feet to get to class. The last lady doesnt even attend CSU Fresno.

The only problem is Chestnut ave. This makes it hard for traffic, it makes traffic congested on all other streets. It is supposedly to be completed by January 2008.

The university does not purposely do it for the inconvenience of students. The project started right after students took to their summer breaks. Also, when is it Ever a good time to do construction work on campus? It’s never easy, but everyone just has to cope with it. For I would rather have a well constructed library and wait, than a unsafe library that was rushed.
As far as the roads go, yes they are undermanned and need to be expanded, but the whole thing is a process and only knowing how to work together can it be more efficient.
