Thanks to a 2-0 week in singles and doubles, sophomore tennis player Rudolf Siwy took home the title of WAC Men̢۪s Tennis Player of the Week. Siwy won his matches against San Diego and UC Santa Barbara, April 2-8.

Siwy and freshman Taylor Leiby won eight games in a row on April 5 against the Toreros.

Siwy also took out San Diego̢۪s Chris Coetzee, 6-3, 6-3. The Bulldogs won against San Diego, 5-2.

Continuing his singles romp on April 7, Siwy smashed UC Santa Barbara̢۪s Anders Dalskov in straight sets.

Teammates Siwy and Leiby dominated doubles again, beating UC Santa Barbara 8-4. The Bulldogs won the match, 6-1.

Siwy has won his last four in a row and six of his last seven matches. This is Siwy̢۪s first Player of the Week award of the season.

Fresno State hits the road this weekend to take on Utah State and Boise State.
