A windy ceremony

The Air Force ROTC Color Guard brings down the American flag in front of the North Gym on a windy Thursday afternoon. The Air Force ROTC has a formal ceremony every Thursday to raise and lower the flag. Wind speeds reached 31 mph, according to Weather.com.
