The Fresno State women̢۪s basketball team had two players named to the 2006-2007 all-Western Athletic Conference teams.
Guard Chantella Perera was selected to the six-player all-conference first team. The selection was the senior̢۪s first all-conference nod.
Perera led the Bulldogs in scoring and assists during conference play. Her 16.1 points per game average tied her for second overall in scoring in the WAC.
Junior guard Tierre Wilson was named to the all-conference second team. Wilson was the Bulldogs second leading scorer and leading rebounder. The dynamic guard averaged 13.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game during conference play.
The Bulldogs finished tied for third in the WAC with Nevada but received the fourth seed in the conference tournament. Fresno State will play Hawaii in its first tournament game on Wednesday.
