<p>After one week of Major League Baseball, the storylines are heating
up as fast as the weather. The Tigers won a game in the opening week—actually,
they won five. And the Yankees all-star team is 3-4, hahaha. Excuse

laughing, but it’s pretty funny. The Dodgers are scoring runs.
Barry Bonds is going for that one home run to tie Willie Mays for

two of three games in a weekend series at San Jose State</p>

<p>The Fresno State baseball team had two bookend victories in a three-game
series with Western Athletic Conference rival San Jose State in San
Jose over the weekend. The Bulldogs (16-22, 4-5 WAC) won the rubber
match 5-2 Sunday, while freshman pitcher Brandon Miller worked a
three-hitter through
