</span>All it took was one little decision made by President Bush for
us to come to a sad conclusion—the United Nations sucks.The
sad part of that conclusion is that the reason the U.N. sucks so much
is
that people like Bush ignore it. Its power is based on

soon send investigators to Iraq to lead the job of collecting and
